We are already off to a roaring start to 2018. If you are like me, then you like to wait about a week before setting intentions for the new year. This allows me more time to reflect on the previous year and make a thoughtful decision on the intentions I want to set for the upcoming year. You don’t have to have a new year to set intentions.
