Ingredients

  • 1 banana, frozen
  • 1 cup mango, frozen
  • 1 cup blueberries, frozen
  • 1 handful spinach, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup milk I used Ripple pea protein milk

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients together. Add more or less milk for desired consistency.
